Capsiplex

Capsiplex

Capsiplex is used to aid weight loss.

What is Capsiplex?

Capsiplex is a type of slimming pill known as a fat burner. This supplement contains capsicum (chilli pepper), caffeine, niacin (vitamin B3) and piperine (found in black pepper).

Other substances in the capsule are there to boost the effect of these main ingredients. These include methylcellulose, magnesium stearate, chromium picolinate, L-carnitine and hypromellose. All the ingredients in the capsule are from natural products. However, the quantity of each ingredient in a single capsule is not stated on the product label.

How does Capsiplex work?

Studies have shown that Capsiplex increases the metabolic rate (the speed at which consumed nutrients are broken down and utilised by the body), breakdown of carbohydrate and fat, and energy use. It also may suppress your hunger so that you eat fewer calories. The main ingredient, capsicum extract, is a very effective fat burner that speeds up the metabolism.

How to use Capsiplex

One Capsiplex capsule should be taken daily with a glass of water either in the morning after food or 30 to 60 minutes before exercise. To reach your target body weight, it is advisable to combine such weight-loss products with a healthy diet, balanced in nutrients, and regular exercise rather than relying solely on a product that may not work for you.

How effective is Capsiplex?

Capsiplex is claimed to be effective for most people without changing their every-day life. Reports of studies suggest that you can use 278 more calories a day by taking Capsiplex. This is the same as the number of calories burned during a one-hour, two-mile walk at a medium pace. The studies also suggest that compared with people not taking the supplement, people on Capsiplex will use three-times more calories before taking exercise, 3% more calories while taking exercise, and 12-times more calories for about one-hour after taking exercise. However, the regulatory authorities do not investigate such supplements and therefore do not substantiate the manufacturer’s claims that Capsiplex is effective in weight loss.

Who can use Capsiplex?

Capsiplex can be used by people over the age of 16 years to help them lose weight. They should not be taken by children, by women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or by people who have an allergy to any of the constituents. It is highly advisable to see your doctor before starting Capsiplex if you have any medical conditions, such as heart disease, high blood pressure or diabetes, or are taking medicines.

Side effects of Capsiplex

Capsiplex is claimed to have no side effects. The capsule has a protective coating that enables the contents to be released in your intestine, thus preventing them (capsaicin, in particular) from irritating the throat and stomach. Capsiplex’s ingredients are all natural but, despite this, you should not exceed the recommended dose. Even naturally-occurring substances may be harmful at relatively high doses and have their safety limits for consumption. This is especially so with a product that does not state on the label the quantity of each constituent in one dose, as is the case for Capsiplex.
